Glen Pearce - Senior Pastor
Glen came to FBCIP in June of 2004. Glen attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and then completed his Masters Degree at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He has served churches in Texas and Virginia. Glen and his wife Jerrye have two children (Bradley and Sabrina) who are both married and they have four grandchildren (Addison, Pearce, Davis and Parker)

Brad Wetherbee - Music Minister
Brad came to FBCIP in March of 2003. He is a graduate of Oklahoma Baptist University (B.A.). Married in June 2000, Brad and his wife, Elizabeth, have two daughters, Abigail (Abby) and Emmeline (Emme). Brad has served churches in Oklahoma and Texas since 1997.

Jon Hicks - Student Minister
Jon joined the FBCIP staff in January of 2005 and has been in youth ministry since 1996. He is a graduate of Baylor University and has a masters degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jon and his wife, Jenny, have two daughters, Maggie and Paige. Jon is into reading, music and High School Football.

Judi Lowman - Ministry Assistant
Judi and her husband Bret moved to Iowa Park in the summer of 2001 and she began working at First Baptist in September 2001. In addition to working as the Ministry Assistant, Judi enjoys serving in our music and children’s ministries. Bret and Judi were high school sweethearts and were married in 1979. They have three children—all married (Jeremy & Kristin, Jennifer & Joseph, Amanda & Brice) and three grandchildren (Jacob, Adam and Austin).
